Although Personal Trainers are qualified Nutritionists we are not Dietitians!

What's the difference?


A Nutritionist 

can generate, assess and deliver scientific, evidence-based nutritional advice/guidance in a variety of settings to improve health and well-being and to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle.


A Dietitian

Translates the science of nutrition into everyday information about food and advise people on their food and nutrition choices often using scientifically formulated Diet plans usually to treat illness.


Personal Trainers are not Insured to write prescribed Diet Plans.

In order to ensure & maintain enjoyment throughout your training sessions I actively listen to you as an individual!

Should you encounter a particular exercise with me that you absolutely hate (for whatever reason):

We will simply change it! 


Of course now & again there will be something you dislike, simply because it is challenging and wear’s you out (the desired effect) but I will work with you to assess the pro’s and cons of sticking with it and from there we will decide together how to move forward!


Because at the end of the day, you are far more likely to reach your goals if you enjoy the process itself (as much as possible!)

Please note that if choosing a ‘Pay Monthly’ package:

You will be asked to set up a 4 weekly standing order to ensure I can secure and fulfil all of your chosen days & times in the diary for the month ahead.

All payments must be received no less than 48 hours prior to your training session.

Whether you are completely new to exercise, never set foot in a gym & maybe find just putting fresh bedding on a workout in itself!

Have dabbled a little in some forms of exercise but struggle to maintain a good routine or actually achieve anything!

Your Personal fitness program will be professionally tailored to your needs! 


We will find your pace and build upon that!

Absolutely!!!!

There will only ever be yourself and me-your trainer present whenever you train!

(Unless of course you choose the ‘Train with a friend’ option!) 

Training Sessions are arranged by appointment only, so rest assured nobody else will ever share the space with you! 

Upto 60mins 

Sessions rarely ever fall short of 1 hour & can sometimes run over this time frame!
